Worked as a Social Organizer at AZAT Foundation ( April 2023 to 31 January 2024) Cash base transfer for flood affected population (CBT) Project Funded by WFP, at district Kaachhi.Mobilize coastal communities, and other key stakeholders for conservation and management on cash base transfer of assets . Facilitate formation of appropriate village level conservation forums (VDC, CBOs) for coimplementation of the project activities. Facilitate project team in preparation of village profiles and registration process of newly established VDC and registration of new beneficiaries.Organize meetings with local VDCs, maintain and keep meeting records implementation in the field. Collect and compile baseline information on socio-economic of the project area. Facilitate the field team in conducting field surveys, resource need assessments and participatory. Keep close coordination and liaison with field team, communities and partners and assist in surveys and data collection from the field. Help the technical staff in organizing community meetings, workshops andMobilize coastal communities, and other key stakeholders for conservation and management on cash base transfer of assessment.

Create team plans and intervene in the located sectors of assigned areas
Provide support while supervising the team and interact with UCO, Union Council Officer for further support required

Project Officer, Poultry
I was responsible to work as projecct officer in livelihood component, lookafter the project activities and lead the community based team. Keep liason with govt, stakeholder and bridge the relation for resourcefulness and sustainable developement. Selection of beneficiaries, provide 5 days training on poultry related topics of management that how to raise your flocks. Provision of utensils and feed to the trained beneficiaries. This dritribution was held rural areas of Quetta on various venues in project catchment areas.
